Good Karma

Lots of people think to reduce stress cost money and sometimes lots of it, people can get themselves into a lot of debt spending money on retail therapy for example and in the process teaching themselves to associate happy feelings with material things,

but we all know once the buzz of that new shirt or TV has wore off it’s back to feelings of anxiety and to top it off you have just given yourself the extra stress of more debt on your credit card.

So what’s the answer to reducing stress? simple to SMILE!

Teaching yourself to smile in times of stress or anxiety can help in creating positive feelings and it will cost you nothing. We are all naturally drawn to people who smile yet most of us don’t do it ourselves.

I had to replace my skull and roses wellington boots after wading knee high into the sea and realising my wellies had big holes in them, I had to splosh my way home.

I love unusual things and the louder the better, they don’t get much louder than these and they go with my happy personality

If anyone wants to know I got them from Amazon for £20 with free P&P.

Strange and funny things I’ve spotted here in Sunny Skegness.

My husband spotted the couple with the ice creams they look like there having a good time in Skeg enjoying their ice cream, the picture reminds me of childhood, a sweet picture.

I do like the look on the face of the woman watching the people read the list of ice cream to buy, good picture for a caption ‘What you think your doing, thems my ice creams’ or perhaps ‘what are you having, did I miss something good’

I’ve found another tea from Twinings I like, it’s called Sunshine Tea, don’t you just love the name

Twinings Sunshine Tea is a combination of Earl Grey with Lemon, It’s lovely.

I’ve always been a fan of Earl Grey and I love fruity teas, it’s like they knew exactly what I like and put it together just for me

Sunshine tea taste a little like Lady Grey, but more lemony, lovely cuppa tea for a pick me up first thing in the morning.

I hope Twinings keeps this new tea in their collection, it’s always touch and go with a new product if it stays on the shelf or not.

Summer officially started on May 31st how do I know this?

I know this because people have started to leave comments on my vapourer moth caterpillar picture on one of my photo blogs

It all started a few years ago when someone left a comment on my photography blog putting the date and where they saw one, since then ever year I get loads of people commenting on the time and date as well as where they saw there first weird looking vapourer Moth Caterpillar.

One person put a simple comment ‘Found a Vapourer Moth Caterpillar on our rose bushes today 18th July 2008 in Winsford Cheshire. Hope this is of interest.

You never know what you will find in an holiday town.

During our nightly walk we spotted this awesome looking truck outside a B&B.

I didn’t take the photo though my son did, I’m a bit of a coward when it comes to taking photographs of people or there property makes me feel uncomfortable, but like my hubby said they wouldn’t own a truck like that if they didn’t want people to take photos of it or stand and admire it

Monster Inc is one of my favourite Disney movies and seeing this awesome truck made me happy.

I wish our car looked as cool as this truck!

A new Action Group designed to create Happiness in peoples lives has gone viral on the 12th April 2011 and apparently it crashed because so many people went on the site on it’s launch date:)

My little blog has been live for just over a year and much of what I have read on Action for Happiness website about how to become a happier person is the same message I wrote on my introduction page and that came straight from my heart

Action for Happiness has some really good ideas that I’m definitely going to try and maybe incorporated into my Happy Karma Blog.

It’s Comic Relief time once again in the UK which means doing something funny for money.

One of the best TV programs to watch on the BBC and help raise cash for comic relief has to be Lets Dance for Comic Relief.

Time to vote for the best celebrity dance performance and help raise some cash for Red Nose Day.

First Round Winner of Lets Dance for Comic Relief 2011 was British Comedian Russell Kane doing a very convincing Beyonce, Shaking his money maker for laughs.

Was Loving Russel Kane’s Performance of ‘Crazy in Love’, very funny! apparently he was dancing with the female band the pussy cat dolls, We didn’t even notice them Russel was so hypnotic.
