Russell Howard’s Good News
Russell Howard’s Good News is one of my favourite TV Programs
It’s an hilarious, sweet and entertaining BBC program all rolled into one and is definitely worth every penny of my TV licence fee, it makes me feel good and laugh out loud which is priceless
Watch the short video for the dancing baby
During the show Russell Howard takes the ‘Mickey’ out of things that have happened in the news, shows funny you tube clips and at the end of the show Russell tell us heart warming stories from some of the world most fantastic people which always brings a tear to my eye.
Awesome Comedy program cheers me up no end , who ever thought up this program is a genius
Disney Pixar Toy Story 3 Movie Review
Disney’s Toy Story 3 is Great!
I laugh, cried and was on the edge of my seat , I absolutely loved Toy Story 3 can’t fault it and the extras Pixar gives you with the DVD is amazing.
I thought this was the best Toy Story Film by far, the other two where a little boring if you ask me particularly the first toy story film, I enjoyed the first two Disney films just not as much as Toy Story 3.
At first it seemed TS3 was going to be the same as the other two films nice with striking animation but nothing to write home about, until the toys end up at a Sunny Side day care center then it all kicks off and the story evolves into a heart warming master piece filled with action and adventure as the toys try to escape the nursery.
Shrek Forever After
Saw Shrek forever After on DVD and we loved it.
Like so many other people I’ve been a firm follower of Shrek and I have to say I found Shrek Forever After to be a good animated film.
A lot of people didn’t like Forever After as much as the other Shrek films.
I disagree with their grumpy moodings I found the story to be on par with a traditional fair tale and as funny as ever, folks have called the storyline dark, traditional fairy stories are dark a lot darker than Shrek Forever After was .
All I can say is these people obviously have had there brains dissolved by drivel like Twilight where everything sparkles and nothing goes bump in the dark
Supernatural Dean Singing Eye Of The Tiger Funny Video
After writing about the end of Supernatural Season 5, I stumble across my favourite Supernatural Gag Reel.
Jenson Ackles’s (who plays dean) rendition of Eye of the Tiger.
“Yellow Fever” is one of the funnest episode of Supernatural, with Jensen Ackles performing a hilarious role.
Both me and my hubby had tears in our eyes from laughing and the gag reel of Jenson mouth syncing to Eye of the Tiger was just Icing on the cake.
We really enjoyed watching this particular episode in Supernatural Season 4 it was really funny, loved it when the super cool Dean becomes a real scaredy cat, Jenson Ackles in that episode of Supernatural screamed better than I can, it was really girly, Classic!
Supernatural Season 5
Season 5 of Supernatural has come to an end in England
always upsets me when my Favourite TV programs finish, but not for to long there is a Supernatural Season 6 to look forward to
We’ve been a fan of Supernatural since it hit the screen in England, We love Supernatural it has every thing we love about fantasy TV
stories great, it’s funny and there’s lots of monsters what else can you ask for and to top it off a great sound track of kick ass music from classics like ACDC, Kansas and Black Sabbath.
Our youngest son from watching Supernatural has become a huge fan of 70′s Rock Music which means my music list is more uptodate than his since ACDC and the whole 70′s rock era was a little before my time.
Favourite Doctor Who episodes of season 5
My favourite episodes where Vincent and the Doctor, The time of Angels/ Flesh and Stone and the Pandorica Opens/ The Big Bang.
Vincent and the Doctor made me cry! I found it moving and a wonderful tribute to Vincent van gogh who was so unappreciated in his own time and was a lovely idea to have the Doctor take Vincent to the future to see his work being admired with love and passion A really beautiful episode.
The Time of Angels sent chills down my spin. I love the Angels. When ever their on the screen I revert back to a little kid and I want to hide behind the sofa. Time for Angels and Flesh and Stone was a fantastic double helping of the scariest Doctor Who Monsters the stone angels, DON’T EVEN BLINK!.
Heroes Season 4
Heroes season 4 started to day on BBC 2. I had forgotten all the exciting things that had happened in the previous season like Sylar being mind wiped and living his life as Nathan pertrelli and that Nathan Petrelli was dead!
How does someone forget that!, I must have had my eyes shut last season or something
, and that our favourite character Hero powers are on the fritz.
We watched the first episode of season 4 and was gob smacked when we discovered Hero as a brain tumor and was going to die NO! they can’t let that happen, not to Hero, he’s so sweet and lovely.
Doctor Who : Good bye David Tennant
Watched Doctor Who with the family it was very exciting, funny and sad, I cried “SNIFF” even my hubby and son had glazed eyes. New Years Day was the last episode David Tennant would be The Doctor “SNIFF”
. We love Doctor Who and every generation has a doctor of their own and for me, my hubby and son it was David Tennant, although I’m 34 and Doctor Who as been on the BBC since the 60′s and most people find their Doctor when their kids I didn’t.
I loathed the series when I was younger, found the old Doctor Who program boring and when my dad watched it on the box I would go out side to play, but since Doctor Who came back to British screens in 2006 I have been hooked.
