I’ve decided to keep an eye out for good news stories, the type that make you smile instead of the usual news which makes you frown and cry a little inside.

Good News Stories 2010

A 14 month old baby had a chopstick lodged into it’s brain. The baby had been playing with the chopstick while the baby’s mom was in another room.

The toddler is thought to have fallen on the chopstick resulting in the chopstick penetrating 4mm into baby’s brain though the nasal cavity.

Doctors in China removed the chopstick successfully and the child came out from the ordeal with no adverse effects :-)
