What’s a bucket and spade list I here you say, A bucket and spade list is a non serious version of the mighty bucket list, a list of small stuff you should do once in your life while having a laugh.

Bucket and Spade list is made up of small things you don’t need to rob a bank to achieve, risk your life in pursuing or have to go on a health bender to start.

We might have got a bit carried away when we wrote our bucket and spade list and threw a few things we would like to do that should be on a bucket list, but hey you have to have a few dreams to work towards

I love this advert, totally wicked what a great commercial.

Geese those guys who played the traffic wardens have some nerve, I’d be scared to death that someone might hit me, I hope they got payed well by T-Mobile

It was officially autumn on the 23rd of September the autumn equinox brought the reminder that Winter is fast approaching, but wait It’s not all doom and gloom! autumn is a glorious time of year with nature creating a canvas filled with colour

Spring and Autumn is my favourite time of year the weather is not to hot or too cold. There the perfect Goldilocks seasons with temperatures being just right I love to get outdoors at this time of the year and enjoy autumn.

Happy Collect a Rock Day!

You might be thinking what’s so great about Collecting Rocks, but in fact there is loads of things you can do with rocks.

Collect a Rock Day is a great excuse to go to the beach or digging in your garden, if your a bit put off by dirt you can always take a trip to a garden center and buy some nice clean rocks, and sit having a coffee in a green space.

I went out yesterday to collect my rock along the beach, I was looking for something specific a rock with a hole in it to make a necklace.

The Moon was full and had left a long silvery carpet across the surface of the sea, shining like a beacon it pulled us towards it across the soft sand and down too the shoreline.

There we stood taking in the moons glory, a big wave crashed onto the beach which made my hubby jump as the menacing sound rang out into the darkness. With only the light of the moon to guide us we walked along the edge of the water, our footsteps sank into the dark black sand beneath our feet as we moved along.

English Comedian David Walliams has finished his 140 Mile Swim down the Thames

What an amazing and inspirational person David Walliams is, David swam 140 miles along the Thames to raise money for the worthy cause Sport Relief.

David deserves ever bit of support in raising money for sport relief after everything he’s been through, phenomenal, I made my donation to Sport Relief, have you? support David who showed the world exactly what the term British grit means .

David is a gem in today’s society, it’s not just the Thames he’s swam check out the video below each one of his sport challenges has been extraordinary

Anyone for a Milkshake!

Today September 12th is Chocolate Milkshake Day, a day all lovers off chocolate can celebrate guilt free

Nothing can quite make you happy and transport you back to your childhood like a milkshake.

I’ll be celebrating Chocolate Milkshake day with my own recipe, it’s a little different from a traditional chocolate milkshake, but I like things fruity

Chocolate Milkshake Recipe

You Will Need:

Milk
Chocolate Ice Cream
Fresh Cherries, pitted (Optional)
Banana (Optional)
Maltesers/Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Sauce
Can of Whipped Cream

Place the Ice Cream, chocolate sauce, banana, cherries,cookies and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.

Save a cherry for on top.

We were absolutely gob smacked by the performers in Cirque Du Ciel show Shanghai.

OMG totally out of this world.

It was that good I can only tell you how good it is in sound bits, so here it goes the show was:

Mind Blowing, unbelievable, astonishing, jaw dropping, absolutely phenomenal, breathtaking, exciting, dazzling, one hell of a show, never to be missed, experience of a life time

You haven’t seen anything until you’ve seen these guy and gals live

The acrobatics was Awesome! never seen anything quite like it, I saw the Chinese State Circus at the theatre a few years back, they where good and magical, but Cirque Du Ciel are on another level.

I’ve never seen this before a frog eating a worm.

He was in the middle of the path at our local park, I found him by almost stepping on him.

He was sat up with is head up looking straight ahead with the worm wriggling in the frogs mouth.

At first I thought the frog might have bitten off more than he could chew and had died, it didn’t blink once while we were watching it.

Then it swallowed the worm in a few gulps and bounded off.

Totally awesome

Forgot my camera again though arrr!, I left it at home because hey there’s never anything to film at night and then boom the day I stop taking it with me is the day a frog sits dead still in front of me eating a worm.
