The world cup started today Wow.

Watched the opening ceremony in Josaniburge South Africa Football Stadium which was brilliant, really colourful and vibrant and fun.

Favourite part of the opening Ceremony for me was the giant dung beetle rolling the FIFA ball across the stadium, Loved it!

Watched the match between South Africa and Mexico, we where rooting for South Africa to win.

World Cup Dug-Beetle

The first goal was a beauty, a fantastic goal from South Africa at the beginning of the second half which put South Africa in the lead.

South Africa managed to keep Mexico from scoring until almost the end of the game when they scored to draw.

It was an almost a win for South Africa when with just seconds to go another impressive shot at the goal, but it hit the post :-( , so the score stayed a draw at Mexico 1 -- South Africa 1.

Well done to South Africa a great game.

Looking forward to the rest of the world cup.

I and my Hubby aren’t into football doesn’t interest us, but the world cup is another matter.
